About Us
Alta Design Associates was founded in 1998 by Mr. Timothy M. Brouse, P.E., who continues to serve as President and Principal Engineer. He has Bachelor of Science degrees in Architectural Engineering and Civil Engineering from Drexel University. Mr. Brouse has experience in all facets of engineering, and has consulted on projects including residential housing, recreational structures, commercial establishments, equine facilities, swimming pool projects, high-rise structures, hospital facilities, dams, waterways, and interstate roadways, to name a few. Since its establishment in 1998, Alta has intentionally remained a small company consisting of a tight-knit team of focused and committed designers and engineers. In doing so, we are better able to service our customers on a more personal level, while maximizing efficiency and allowing for a greater range of projects.
